Repair of quenching tower of coke oven battery

Company: Private limited company “YuSK MEGAPRO”, Avdiivka city, Ukraine

The company is in the business of realization of various types of repair works.

Task: Repair of quenching tower of coke oven battery No.1 with special repair composition at PJSC “Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Plant (AKHZ)”, Avdiivka city.

Solution: For this purpose, the AC-1 shotcrete machine was used, configured with the standard DU32 nozzle and the 30 m long DU32 material hose.

Result: The company’s employees were trained on site and the tower of the coke oven battery was repaired.
