It is a full cycle metallurgical plant of production of forgings from stainless, alloyed, heat-resistant steels and alloys from smelting to the finished product.

Task: Application of refractory lining layer for arc steelmaking furnaces (ASF) vaults

Solution: A non-standard configurationof AC-2 shotcrete machine with a 20 m working hose DU 42 and a 2 m refractory nozzle DN42 was used during these works.

Result: The cost of the mixture was reduced by 4 times and the quality of repair increased by 2 times due to better repair instead of spreading the mixture manually.
